Description
This product allows you to pay for your membership and liability for the year. Select the variation which suits your situation best and the total sum will include the membership fee ($100 or $300 for franchises) and the optional* liability insurances that you choose. If you select “I have my own insurance” you will only be charged for membership.
If you select an inappropriate option or an option which does not match your membership form, we will be in touch via your included email address (so make sure it is accurate).
Your old policy (if you have one) will expire on the 3rd of March. Please note your new policy is not in effect until the old one expires and you have successfully submitted this form in completion. If you or your organisation requires consideration due to financial hardship please get in touch before your coverage expires so we can discuss best solutions.
*One of the requirements for AWCF membership is appropriate liability insurance for your operation of some kind. If you don’t have any feel free to purchase ours or find another policy you prefer and inform us of the details, provider, and your policy info via email. It is not recommended to operate a business teaching martial arts without liability insurance.
